Everyone who works here is friendly and does a great job. Dr Goodman is exceptional and truly the nicest person. You will get great service here and they go out of there way to make it pain free.

The staff is the best. Very personable and caring. Dr. Goodman is the best dentist. Wherever I live I will travel to him. He’s kind, he really cares about you as a person and spends the time to get to know you, as an individual, not just a patient or client. And he’s gentle, always concerned if you understand everything, if you are comfortable, in any pain, just a good person and great dentist.

I want to give a shoutout to Maggie and Dr. Goodman! They are the best. I just saw them today and they are always great and wonderful. I’ve been going to Universal Dental Center my whole life! I remember when they used to be located in Universal Mall (which is no longer around). I remember my parents told me they found Universal Dental Center on the yellow pages because they accepted kids and accepted our insurance. I have been coming here ever since. I love coming here. As a kid, I never understood the fear of going to the dentist, because they do such a wonderful job coming here, in fact I would actually be extremely happy when going to the dentist because I loved getting the goodie bag (in the very end) of a toothbrush, toothpaste, and dental floss when I leave. I remember being able to choose the color of the toothbrush as a kid. Today, I got free cookies in addition to the regular items I get when leaving the dentist, and I was just as excited as when I was a kid. I remember having a couple of cavity on my adult teeth when I was 18 years old, and Dr. Goodman took care of that. They always invest in the latest and greatest technologies here. I love how they go over the x-r

I have been going to Universal Dental Center since I was 13 years old, and ever since then, they have treated me and my family with nothing but care, kindness, and professionalism. Over the years, they have truly become more than just a dental office to us — they feel like family. The staff always provides outstanding service and takes the time to give the best advice when it comes to dental health and proper care. They make every visit comfortable, welcoming, and stress-free. One thing that really stands out is how much they care about their patients’ experience. From the goodie bags after appointments to the gentle and precise cleanings, they always go above and beyond to make sure you feel appreciated and cared for. Another thing I love is the relaxing atmosphere they create by providing movies to watch during cleanings or procedures. It helps make every visit enjoyable and comforting, especially for younger patients or anyone who may feel nervous at the dentist. Universal Dental Center has consistently shown professionalism, compassion, and dedication throughout the many years my family and I have been patients there. I can confidently say this is my number one dental care p
